Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Identify recent sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of bearings, belts, centrifugal pumps, compressors, couplings, gear boxes, gears, industrial valves (e.g., butterfly valves), mechanical seals (e.g., packing), pumps (e.g., centrifugal pumps), seals (e.g., O-rings).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
