- Edit and produce high quality long form YouTube style videos that keep audiences engaged from start to finish

- Edit and produce educational and instructional videos for our online course academy that feel premium, clear and engaging

- Structure and edit course modules in a way that flows naturally and delivers a world class learning experience

- Repurpose long form videos into high performing short form clips for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

- Identify and cut the most powerful and shareable moments from long form content

- Apply robust visual hooks at the opening of every piece of content to stop the scroll immediately

- Stay obsessively updated on what hooks, formats and styles are trending across platforms

- Add subtitles, captions, motion graphics and music that elevate the viewing experience

- Guide the filming process to ensure footage is captured in a way that makes editing seamless and effective

- Leverage AI tools to increase editing speed, improve quality and stay ahead of the curve





- Ensure every video feels on-brand, intentional and world class

- Deliver content consistently and at a high standard every single time

- Upload and manage video content on relevant platforms

- Support any other video and creative business initiatives as required
