JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Senior Engineer Civil Tendering

Location: Hyderabad

Qualification Required: B.Tech (Civil)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. ProcessingofProjectProposals,TenderEstimation& Costing for Civil works.
2. Understandingcustomerrequirementsandspecifications of EPC and Item rate tenders.
3. PreparingthecostestimatesbasedontheBOQ&specifications.;
4. Quantity take off, prepare BOQ and rate analysis for EPC tenders.
5. Floatingenquiries,callingforvendorquotes,vendorofferevaluation.
6. Attendingtechnocommercialmeetingforcivil workwiththecustomer,consultant& PMC.
7. Preparingtechnical& commercialcomparisonsforvariousitems.
8. Vendornegotiation&selection.;
9. Arrangeforinternalkickoffmeetingafterawardofjob.
10. Effective communication with the project team in the execution of the project.

Coordination with MEP team for costing
12. Technical discussion with clients

Required Skills:

- Expertise in project estimation, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and item rate tenders.
- Vendor management, including negotiation and selection.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Proficiency in civil works and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
- Experience in attending techno-commercial meetings.
- Robust analytical skills for technical and commercial comparison.
