We are currently looking for experienced Lead Process Safety Engineer professionals for one of our prestigious clients in Hyderabad.

Position: Lead Process Safety Engineer
Location: Hyderabad (Only Hyderabad-based candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 1520 Years
Budget: Up to 20LPA

Job Requirements:

- 15–20 years of experience in Process Safety / Technical Safety / Loss Prevention Engineering.
- Robust experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Chemical projects.
- Hands-on experience in Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, HIRA, PHA, LOPA, Risk Assessment, QRA, and Safety Audits.
- Experience in FEED, PMC, EPC projects, and Process Safety Engineering deliverables.
- Knowledge of SIL Assessment, Fire Protection, Hazardous Area Classification, Fire & Gas Systems, and Loss Prevention Engineering.




- Familiarity with industry standards such as NFPA, API 521, ANSI, and international safety standards.
- Experience in reviewing safety documents, participating in HSE reviews, audits, and technical safety studies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
