Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Lead Bench Sales skilled with expertise in marketing IT consultants across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor and client relationships, experience leading a bench sales team, and a proven track record in placing consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities. Candidates must have full-time bench sales marketing experience in the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Bench Sales team to achieve placement and revenue targets.
Market bench consultants to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients across the US.
Manage the end-to-end bench sales process, from consultant marketing to successful placement.
Negotiate rates and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.
Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and consultants to ensure timely submissions and placements.
Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/CRM tools.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Mentor team members and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of full-time experience in US IT Bench Sales/Bench Marketing.
- Hands-on experience marketing consultants on H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and STEM OPT visas.
- Strong understanding of C2C, FTE, W2, and 1099 employment models.
- Proven experience leading a Bench Sales team.
- Strong network of prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with ATS/CRM tools and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet placement goals.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience marketing consultants with H1B, GC, USC, EAD, and STEM OPT work authorizations.
- Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
- Candidates with end-to-end full-time bench marketing experience will be preferred.
