About the Job:

The VeriTouch Product Owner defines, drives, and executes the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VeriTouch - a CRM solution tailored for banking operations built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role ensures that product features and direction align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and the companys strategic goals. The position is responsible for both product strategy and commercial success across the VeriTouch product line.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and go-to-market approach, ensuring alignment with banking priorities and company objectives.
- Backlog Ownership: Own, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog, focusing on high-value features for banking modules (e.g., KYC, customer onboarding), and adjust as business needs evolve.
- Requirements Translation: Convert business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (sales, delivery, compliance, clients) to gather feedback, communicate changes in priorities, risks, and dependencies, and ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
- Continuous Improvement & Analytics: Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs (adoption, retention, satisfaction),



and drive continuous improvement based on customer feedback and data.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Accountability & Documentation: Assign and track ownership of project actions, document dependencies and milestones, and ensure accountability and timely completion.
- Security, Compliance & Change Management: Lead efforts in data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and change management for client organizations.
- External Representation: Represent VeriTouch in demos, conferences, and strategic meetings, and collaborate with Microsoft and partner networks for co-selling and technical enablement.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Finance
- 10+ years in product ownership or business analysis, ideally in banking CRM or Dynamics 365 projects; product management or strategic planning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services, and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- Strategic vision, customer-centric mindset, analytical and communication skills, adaptability, business acumen, and leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (highly valued):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
- Product Management certifications (Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, Product School).
