Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Windchill Technical Developer with 46 years of experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and integrating PTC Windchill PLM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink, robust Java development skills, and experience integrating Windchill with enterprise applications. Exposure to Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and CI/CD practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and configure Windchill PLM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and enhance Windchill modules including PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink.
- Build custom solutions using Java, J2EE, and Windchill APIs.
- Integrate Windchill with enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
- Create technical design documents, unit test cases, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.




- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation where applicable.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in PTC Windchill PLM Development.
- Solid experience with Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and MPMLink.
- Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development.
- Expertise in Windchill APIs, customization, configuration, and extension development.
- Experience integrating Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of PLM processes, workflows, lifecycle management, and change management.
- Experience in preparing technical design documents and unit test cases.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
