Key Skills and Experience: 36 years of experience in ServiceNow development, including: HR Service Delivery (HRSD), App Engine Studio, Scoped Applications Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Webhooks 3 years of very strong JavaScript coding skills are required. Experience with GenAI/AI integrations on ServiceNow (e.g., Now Assist, Virtual Agent Designer, AI Search) Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security models, and data structures Familiarity with advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting within the platform (Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence) Agile development experience (Scrum) and use of development tools (JIRA, Git, ServiceNow)



Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Experience delivering in a consulting/client-service workplace preferred.
