Job Title: Accountant cum Payroll Specialist (USA Process)Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (On-site)Experience: 4 to 8 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Accountant cum Payroll Specialist with solid expertise in QuickBooks to manage accounting and payroll operations for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles, payroll processing, tax compliance, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for U.S. employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Handle tax filings, including payroll taxes and other statutory requirements.
- Generate and analyze financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting,



and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with U.S. clients and internal teams for smooth financial operations.
- Stay updated on U.S. GAAP, payroll laws, and tax regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in U.S. accounting and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll compliance and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with U.S. clients or outsourcing firms.
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing.
- Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
