Role: Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic software development and digital transformation projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation through closure.
- Define project vision, scope, execution strategy, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Drive project governance by establishing delivery frameworks, monitoring KPIs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and maintaining project health.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical architects, engineering teams, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, conducting governance meetings, presenting project updates, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively, implementing mitigation and contingency plans to minimize delivery impact.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, backlog prioritization, and project reviews while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
- Monitor project financials, resource utilization, delivery schedules, and overall project performance to ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by implementing delivery best practices, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach Project Coordinators, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,



and continuous learning.
- Support senior leadership with project portfolio reporting, resource planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure successful project transitions, change management, release governance, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Experience managing projects within the Airline/Aviation domain is highly preferred.
- Solid expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, distributed teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), release management, quality assurance processes, and software delivery best practices.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Experience in project estimation, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning.
- Ability to drive project governance, delivery excellence, and process standardization across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, web, mobile, or cloud-based projects.
- Exposure to resource planning, budgeting, and project governance.
