Job Title: IPDRG Coder & QA

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to 14 LPA

Eligibility: Certified Medical Coders (CCS/CIC preferred)

Job Responsibilities

- Review and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG codes for inpatient medical records.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.
- Perform quality audits of coded charts and provide constructive feedback to coders.
- Identify coding errors, documentation gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as per organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical documentation and operations teams to resolve coding queries.
- Stay updated with coding guideline changes and industry best practices

Requirements





- Certification is mandatory (CCS/CIC preferred).
- Experience in IPDRG Coding or IPDRG Quality Analysis (QA).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, MS-DRG methodology, and coding guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and auditing skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting quality and productivity targets.
