Roles and Responsibilities: :1. Governance & Compliance Lead daily/weekly operational sync-ups with client and internal senior managers to align on priorities, risks, and dependencies. Represent offshore delivery in bi-weekly governance forums and executive reviews. Prepare and circulate weekly portfolio health reports covering delivery status, risks, and key metrics. Ensure compliance with defined QE standards, intake workflows, governance processes, and time tracking mechanisms. Govern SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics across all teams. Conduct monthly portfolio reviews focusing on performance, risks, and continuous improvement actions. Proactively identify delivery risks and drive preventive and corrective actions. Own and drive governance dashboards covering productivity, automation coverage, defect leakage, and efficiency trends. Lead portfolio-level initiatives such as best-practice adoption, efficiency improvement, and impact-based testing. 2. Resource & People Leadership Manage 100+ onshore and offshore resources across multiple portfolios. Act as a people leader and mentor for managers and leads, grooming next-line leadership. Oversee performance reviews, engagement initiatives, morale, and retention. Resolve interpersonal and inter-vendor conflicts decisively to maintain collaboration. Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and release estimations. Identify low performers, manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and ensure accountability. 3. Strategic Capability & AI Enablement Drive cross-functional and cross-portfolio upskilling programs. Champion adoption of Agentic AI and AI-powered QE capabilities to improve productivity and quality. Encourage innovation through AI agents, accelerators, reusable utilities, and automation frameworks. Identify high-potential talent for leadership grooming and succession planning. 4. Technical & Delivery Oversight Provide leadership oversight for major releases, cutovers, and production deployments.



Actively engage in resolving critical technical impediments and escalations. Drive high automation coverage, in-sprint automation, and regression optimization. Define and implement strategies for rollback prevention and defect leakage reduction. Partner with technical leaders to scale reusable assets and QE accelerators. 5. Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted delivery partner to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparent and proactive communication on progress, risks, and dependencies. Ensure alignment across internal teams, captive units, and multiple vendor partners on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Job Description: The Offshore Delivery Manager (ODM) will provide senior delivery leadership for a large-scale, enterprise engagement, operating within a complex ecosystem, with multiple vendor partners, and captive / internal client teams. Each ODM is responsible for onshore and offshore resources across multiple portfolios and is accountable for delivery excellence, governance, people leadership, automation maturity, and AI-led transformation. This role requires a seasoned, resilient (tough”) delivery leader who can operate effectively in a multi-vendor, matrixed environment, mentor leaders, manage executive stakeholders, and drive outcomes at scale. Experience & Candidate Profile - 15–20 years of overall experience managing large-scale enterprise delivery engagements - Proven success working in multi-vendor delivery models with robust governance and accountability - Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, and mentor large distributed teams (100+ resources) - Strong client and stakeholder management experience with senior leadership (L3/L4 level) - Experience driving automation-first delivery models within QE or engineering programs - Good hands-on exposure to Agentic AI / AI-led delivery models, including: a. AI-assisted test design and automation b. Autonomous agents / intelligent utilities c. AI-driven efficiency and quality optimization Strong leadership presence with the ability to take firm decisions under pressure
