Job Role :

- DDi Smart Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven professional for the role of Success Project Manager.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience, with a strong background in global/international client acquisition success and project management within the Software/IT product development industry.
- As a Success Project Manager at DDi , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and the satisfaction of our global clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution :

- • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- • Lead project teams in the successful execution of client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Client Relationship Management :

- • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a proactive and effective manner.

Global Client Acquisition :

- • Work closely with the business development team to understand client requirements and expectations.




- • Contribute to the acquisition of global clients by providing project management expertise and insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.

Risk Management :

- • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
- • Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project disruptions.

Quality Assurance :

- • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
- • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Qualifications :

- 1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, preferably with an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
- 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the Software/IT product development industry.
- 3. Proven track record of successful global/international client acquisition and project management.
- 4. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- 6. Ability to travel internationally as required.
