Quality Lead Fruits & Vegetables

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Lead Fruits & Vegetables to drive quality, food safety, and compliance across our fresh produce supply chain. This role will oversee quality operations from sourcing to customer delivery while ensuring consistency, process adherence, and operational excellence.

What Youll Do

- Define and implement quality standards, SOPs, and grading benchmarks

- Lead and manage a team of Quality Executives and Inspectors

- Conduct vendor and farm audits to ensure quality and compliance standards

- Oversee inbound and outbound quality checks, grading, and rejection handling

- Monitor cold chain, storage conditions, and shelf life management

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal policies

- Track quality metrics, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions





- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, supply chain, and category teams

What Were Looking for

- Strong expertise in F&V; grading, ripening, and post-harvest management

- Knowledge of cold chain and inventory quality control

- Leadership and team management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Positive understanding of food safety regulations and audits

- Hands-on and process-driven approach
