Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures and improve overall process efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance on auditing procedures to team members.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as an Audit Incharge or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations.
- Experience in conducting internal audits in a regulated environment such as oncology or RCM (Returned Customer Management).
