Candidate Responsibilities

- Hands-on AI development: Build and deploy LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
- Python coding: Write productive, production-ready code; pass Carrot assessment.
- Use case implementation: Support AI projects across HR, finance, risk, and compliance from POC to production.
- Operational collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
- Problem-solving: Address real-world challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and not just theoretical.
- Hybrid/remote work: Flexibility to work from Hyderabad or Pune, with remote options available.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated with evolving AI frameworks, tools, and enterprise applications.

Candidate Background Required

- Core Skills:
- Python (mandatory, tested via Carrot assessment).
- Large Language Models (LLM).
- Agentic workflow systems and RAG systems.

- Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years overall experience.
- At least 12 years hands-on with AI-specific skills.

- Location Preference:

- Primarily Hyderabad, with Pune as secondary.
- Hybrid or remote acceptable.
