About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC qualified to design, implement, and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with risk, compliance, audit, and IT teams to automate and streamline GRC processes, ensuring regulatory adherence and effective risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement & Configure GRC Modules Design and configure Policy & Compliance Management, Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Audit Management, and Business Continuity Management on ServiceNow.
- Risk & Compliance Lifecycle Manage end-to-end risk assessments, control testing, policy lifecycle, issue tracking, and regulatory mapping within the platform.
- Integration & Automation – Build integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server to connect GRC workflows with external systems.



Automate processes using Flow Designer and Workspace configuration.
- Reporting & Dashboards – Develop dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics to provide real-time visibility into risk posture, compliance status, and audit findings.
- Platform Development – Write and maintain GlideRecord scripts, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to extend GRC functionality as needed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with Legal, Audit, InfoSec, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective GRC solutions.
- Documentation & Best Practices – Maintain process documentation, solution design records, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
