- Key Responsibilities
- - Support bulk hiring by sourcing and mobilizing candidates.
- Visit colleges, educational institutions, and communities to identify potential candidates.
- Collect and maintain candidate data from various sources.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring drives.
- Follow up with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
- Maintain candidate records and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams.
- - Required Skills & Qualifications
- - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in recruitment, field work, sales, or community outreach is an added advantage.
