• Handle customer queries through voice support.
• Provide accurate information and resolution to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure professional communication with international customers.

Eligibility:
• Intermediate & Graduates are eligible.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
• Experienced candidates must possess all relevant employment documents.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Shift & Work Schedule:
• Night Shift
• 5 Days Working from Office
• 2 Weekly Offs

Salary & Benefits:
• CTC: 3.45 LPA
• 30,000 Joining Bonus
