Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using Service Cloud.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Salesforce Analytics.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in Apex development on the Force.com platform.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud (formerly known as CRM) and Service Cloud modules.
- Proficiency in developing complex triggers, interfaces, and integrations between different systems.
