Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set timelines for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery within budget and scope.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates.

- Identify potential roadblocks early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure timely completion of construction activities.
- Monitor project budgets, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and safety standards.
- Prepare project progress reports and update management regularly.

Requirements

- Experience: 510 years in real estate/construction project management.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
