Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers for Java-based applications on Linux/Unix platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes of problems and implement fixes.
- Develop documentation for knowledge sharing within the team.
Job Requirements :
- 7-11 years of experience in application support or similar role.
- Robust understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and L2/L3 production support processes.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring).
- Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
