Designation: Pega UI Developer / Lead

Experience: 5-12 Years

Location: India-Work From Home

Client: Banking domain - Saudi Arabia-KSA (Week off on Friday and Saturday, working days Sunday to Thursday).

Responsibilities:

- Develop robust and scalable user interfaces using Angular, ReactJS and Pega UI, Constellation, DX APIs, Theme Cosmos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
- Write clean, effective, and reusable code using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Optimize front-end applications for maximum performance and speed.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of user interfaces to ensure functionality and usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front-end and Pega development.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.




- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as needed.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs.
- Document technical specifications, code changes, and development processes.

Must have:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, Pega UI, Constellation, DX API’s, Theme Cosmos.
- Proficiency in Angular and Pega UI, with a deep understanding of their core principles, rule resolution and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex technical challenges.

Other Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of UI design principles and ability to collaborate with UX designers.
- Knowledge or Experience of Pega Constellation is a plus.
- Exposure on constellation and custom sdk for design system and custom components within constellation with React.
- Experience with Storybook or similar UI component documentation tools is preferred.
- Solid understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
