Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

- Experience interacting with International (US) customers / Clients.
- Experience on Eligibility Verification (EBV)
- Awareness on US Health Insurance guidelines, the claims submission process and procedures.
- Good knowledge / work experience on US Healthcare Process.
- Good to have Experience on filling out complex insurance claim forms
- Analysing Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms to ensure insurance companies have paid for charges
- Following up with the appropriate parties (insurance companies and patients) to ensure bills are paid
- Understand and analyse the patient records
- Determining the correct codes for patient records
- Using codes to bill insurance providers
- Interacting with physicians and assistants to ensure accuracy




- Keeping track of patient data over multiple visits
- Managing detailed, specifically-coded information
- Maintaining the patient confidentiality and information security
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be Graduate passed out( BA/B.Com/BSc/BBA) and No B.Tech/M.Tech

Experience: Fresher or experience (Below 3 years)

Shift: Night (own commute)

Location: Hyderabad
