Key Responsibilities: Lead Facilities Management
1. Facilities Management:
o Oversee daily operations of all high-rise buildings, ensuring maintenance,
repairs, and renovations are carried out efficiently.
o Ensure all buildings comply with health, safety, Security and environmental
regulations.
o Develop and implement policies and procedures for facility management and
safety specific to high-rise buildings.
o Handle various Apps for grievance handling and facilities mgt.
2. Building Operations:
o Manage building systems, including HVAC, CCTV, plumbing, electrical,
elevators, and security systems.
o Coordinate with service providers for regular maintenance and emergency
repairs.
3. Community and Resident Relations:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and tenants regarding
facilities-related issues.
o Ensure prompt resolution of complaints and concerns related to building
maintenance and operations.
o Initiating action to form association as per RERA guidelines
o HOTO process with association
o Organize and oversee community services and amenities to enhance the
resident experience.
4. Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement long-term plans for facilities management, security




management including space utilization, maintenance schedules, and capital
improvement projects.
o Forecast future facility needs and plan accordingly to accommodate growth
and changes.
5. Budgeting and Cost Management:
o Prepare and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and
operations.
o Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
o Prepare and maintain P&L; of the business vertical
6. Vendor and Contract Management:
o Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
o Ensure timely delivery and quality of services provided by external
contractors.
7. Team Leadership:
o Manage and develop the facilities team, providing guidance, training, and
performance evaluations.
o Foster a collaborative and productive work workplace.
8. Sustainability Initiatives:
o Implement and promote sustainable practices and energy-saving initiatives.
o Monitor and report on the environmental impact of facilities operations.
9. Emergency Response:
o Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
o Coordinate and oversee emergency response and recovery efforts.
