About the Role

Karachi Bakery International Private Limited is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Marketing Head to join our team at our Banjara Hills office. In this role, you will drive marketing strategies, expand our brand footprint, and strengthen our market presence across both traditional and modern retail landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Contemporary Trade Management: Lead and optimize marketing strategies specifically tailored for Modern Trade channels (supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail chains).
- FMCG Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets, ensuring seamless product placement and visibility.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, consumer behavior,



and competitor activity within the FMCG sector to identify new growth opportunities.
- Brand Activation: Oversee BTL (Below-the-Line) activations, instore branding, and promotional events to maximize consumer engagement.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 4 to 8 years of solid marketing experience strictly within the FMCG industry.
- Core Skills: Proven expertise in Modern Trade marketing and FMCG sales dynamics.
- Education: Management degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing or a related field is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to marketing ROI.
