Youll drive the successful implementation of train control systems across projects, ensuring operational excellence and standardization. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering Managers, Site Engineering Workload Managers, and other Metier Managers), manage resources and methodologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of deploying standard processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and ensure the successful execution of train control and information systems (TCIS) work packages, but also support technical and process challenges faced by projects.

- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- 15-18 years of hands-on experience in domain activities within the Railways, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
- 5-7 years of experience in team and project management, preferably with multi-metier or multi-site teams.
- Strong knowledge of train systems, including system analysis and railways.




- Proficiency in resource allocation and workload management.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing standard processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
