Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell IT services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to develop customized solutions for client needs.
- Create compelling proposals (RFPs) that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in IT presales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing winning bids/proposals.
- Robust understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT services & consulting.
