We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, qualifying leads, generating interest in our investment offerings, and scheduling meetings for the Sales Manager. This role plays a vital part in building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, investment interests, and budget.
- Introduce and explain the company's investment concepts and value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and identify high-potential prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales Manager.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure clients attend scheduled meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with leads until successful meeting closure.
- Accurately update and manage lead information, interactions, and status in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned targets related to lead qualification and meeting bookings.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales,



Business Development, Customer Engagement, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented workplace.
