Experience: Min 3+years of exp into surgery
Preferred Experience
- Min 3+ years of experience in Surgery/Same Day Surgery(SDS).
- Experience in Ortho surgery preferred.
- Good knowledge on ICDs and CPTs.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and clinical workflows.
- Understanding of quality improvement methodologies (PDCA, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.).
- Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory standards.
