Job Summary

The Senior Executive HR is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for the warehouse, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, attendance and payroll coordination, and supporting business objectives through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse associates, supervisors, and support staff.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation for recent employees.
- Ensure timely manpower availability to meet operational requirements.

Attendance & Payroll

- Monitor daily attendance, shift rosters, and overtime records.
- Validate attendance data and coordinate with payroll for timely salary processing.
- Resolve payroll-related queries from employees.

Employee Relations

- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a positive work environment through regular employee interactions.
- Conduct engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.

Performance Management

- Support goal setting, performance reviews, and probation evaluations.




- Coordinate training needs and employee development initiatives.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishments, and other statutory requirements as applicable.
- Maintain statutory registers and support internal and external audits.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS on manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment.

Training & Safety

- Coordinate induction and mandatory compliance training.
- Work closely with EHS and warehouse operations to promote workplace safety and employee awareness.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with warehouse operations, security, transport, and manpower agencies.
- Ensure contract workforce compliance and vendor documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
