Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Develop data processing and analytics solutions using Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging backend, cloud, and data engineering technologies.

Preferred candidate profile





- 7+ years of experience in Python backend development.
- Strong expertise in Python and Django framework.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Positive understanding of data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
