Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Executive Industrial Sales with experience in Auto Refinish Paints and Body Shop business to drive sales across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Auto Refinish Paint products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and grow Body Shop business across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
- Identify and acquire new Body Shops, Workshops, Garages, and Automotive customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in Auto Refinish Paint Sales or Industrial Coatings.
- Strong exposure to Body Shop business or Project Sales in the automotive segment.
- Experience in dealer, distributor, and workshop management.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
