Role : Engineering Operations Analyst - Order Management

Location - Only Hyderabad - Face to Face interview mandatory 2.5-4 Y Exp

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hardware procurement and order fulfillment for engineering teams.
- Release POs, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Support hardware demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, and procurement activities.
- Monitor hardware delivery schedules and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Assist engineering teams with lab, infrastructure, and hardware upgrade requests.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyze hardware utilization trends.

Qualifications

- B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.
- 2+ years of experience in hardware operations, demand planning, procurement, supply chain, or engineering operations.
- Solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX-MATCH).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with data extraction, analysis, and visualization using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of hardware demand planning, procurement, inventory tracking, and supply chain operations.
