As an Architect at Prestige Group, you will act as a vital link between architects, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of design concepts with sales plans. You will manage RERA-related data coordination, monitor GFC drawings, support brochure development, and assist in resolving customer design queries. Your role also involves cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and project teams to streamline approvals and ensure technical accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordination between the Architects and the Marketing Department, based on the approved concepts for developing presentation/ sale drawings and area statement.
Coordinating for all RERA related data from Engineering.
- Coordinating with site to ensure that all the work carried out is in accordance with the GFCs released to site,



which are in turn prepared as per the sales plans.
- Monitoring design and services details with the architects and all consultants to help develop drawings as per the architectural GFCs and ensuring the layouts confirm with the sales plans.
- Coordination with the Sales/Corp communication team for the brochure.
- Checking feasibilities of customer changes and coordinating with the Sales /CRM team.
- Attending the Design review meetings and coordinate with PR dept for all sanction/NOC drawings.
- Providing all the support to the respective Project Heads in helping the team to explicit the design concepts, coordination with architects and consultants.
- Coordination with Legal for various engineering related issues.
- Coordination with Finance for sharing of project information.
- Providing all Technical help for other Internal departments.
- All other related works assigned by Reporting Manager.

Required skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in managing time and solving everyday problems.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.
