L1-Manager:

Should have experience into End-to-End accounting with Good Communication skills. Need to Assist client with month-end financial closing & should handle a team (3-4no of Business Accountants). Should have experience in tools: Quick Books

Position : L1 Manager

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Shift: EST Working Hours (Indian Night Shift)

Qualification: CA / EA / CMA / CPA background(Mandatory)





Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end US accounting for assigned clients
- Strong hands-on expertise in QBO (Certification preferred)
- Payroll processing, AR/AP management, bookkeeping
- Month-end and year-end closing
- Finalizing financial statements
- Audit support and Income Tax assistance coordination
- Conduct and handle client meetings independently (US clients)
- Act as primary SPOC for client communication
- Manage a team of 3 to 5 bookkeepers
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and TAT
- Review work before submission to clients
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific SOPs
- Identify process improvements and training needs

Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Confident in client-facing discussions
- Ability to manage deadlines and escalations
- Experience handling SMB and enterprise-level clients
- Ability to work independently in night shift

Age Criteria: max upto 40 years

Interview Rounds @Office:

- Accounting Written test (choose the correct answers)
- Accounts Manager (Oral)
- Operations Manager (If Required)
