Role Summary

Hands-on role managing SEO, paid ads, social media, design, video and WordPress. You will execute campaigns, create content, manage websites and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Strategy

- Plan and execute digital campaigns
- Track leads, calls and conversions
- Prepare performance reports

SEO

- Keyword research and on-page optimization
- Manage Google Business Profiles
- Improve rankings, traffic and local visibility

Paid Ads

- Manage Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Optimize CPC, CPL and conversions
- Run A/B tests and improve ROI

Design & Video

- Create social media graphics and ads
- Edit reels, short videos and promotional content
- Maintain brand consistency

WordPress

- Build and update websites using Elementor
- Manage plugins, forms and layouts
- Improve user experience and conversions

Technical SEO

- Fix site issues, speed and indexing
- Manage analytics, tracking and SEO tools

Requirements

- 4+ years hands-on experience
- Robust SEO, Google Ads and WordPress skills




- Graphic design and video editing ability
- Experience with GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
- Good English and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred

- U.S. healthcare or service marketing experience
- Elementor, WooCommerce or Shopify
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Tools

WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, Canva, Adobe tools, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), video editing software

Performance Metrics

- Traffic and rankings growth
- Leads, calls and conversions
- Ad cost efficiency
- Website performance and uptime

Portfolio Required
