We are hriring for a hands-on Webex (WxC) / VoIP Engineer who can work on deployment, configuration, and support of enterprise collaboration solutions.

This is NOT a support role.

This role is implementation & deployment heavy, requiring hands-on experience in setup, configuration, and migrations.

Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Delhi NCR | Pune (Hybrid)

Experience: 4 9 Years

Availability - Immediate or early joiners

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure Cisco Webex Calling (WxC) solutions
- Work on VoIP technologies (SIP, dial plans, call routing)
- Manage user provisioning, device setup, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot L2/L3 VoIP and collaboration issues
- Support and participate in CUCM to Webex migration projects
- Ensure smooth functioning of enterprise communication systems

Must Have Skills

- Hands-on experience in Webex Calling (WxC)
- Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telephony concepts
- Experience with Cisco CUCM
- Exposure to deployment and configuration (not just support)
- Valuable troubleshooting skills in real-time environments
