Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced developer with 6+ years of expereince to design, develop and support enterprise

integrations and customer solutions for Vendor Incentive platform. The ideal candidate

will have deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, Rest APIs, Oracle Exadata Database,

microservices architecture and Kafka-based event-driven integrations. Experience

integrating with Oracle Cloud ERP or other ERP systems is added advantage.

The candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams and external vendors to build scalable secure and high-performance interfaces between enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust inbound and outbound integrations between Vendor

Incentive application and enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions,



triggers and performance-optimized database solutions.

• Design, develop and support Rest API and microservices using Java

technologies

• Build scalable integrations using Kafka

• Prepare technical documentation, interface specifications and deployment

procedures

• Collaborate with QA teams during integration, regression and end-to-end testing.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide level 3 support

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to gather requirements and propose technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
