Key Responsibilities

- Lead endtoend UX/UI design for assigned initiatives, translating business and functional requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs.
- Produce implementationready designs in Figma, including reusable components, patterns, variants, prototypes, and developer handoff assets.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, visual quality, and technical feasibility across web and mobile experiences, aligned with modern frontend frameworks.
- Make independent, wellreasoned design decisions aligned with product goals, technical constraints, and enterprise design system standards.
- Partner effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to resolve design tradeoffs, represent design perspectives clearly, and support delivery.
- Leverage and contribute to enterprise design systems to drive consistency, scalability, and stronger alignment between design and engineering.
- Design datainformed, AIenabled digital experiences, including workflows that incorporate automation, personalization, decision support, and emerging AIassisted capabilities where relevant.

Preferred candidate profile





- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, platforms, or enterprise experiences.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating handson execution, sound design judgment, and measurable impact.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including autolayout, components, variants, shared libraries, and implementationready design assets.
- Experience working with design systems and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in agile environments.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate design rationale clearly to crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Experience designing complex, datainformed digital experiences, with familiarity in enterprise or B2B platforms.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and frontend implementation considerations.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with AIenabled user experiences, intelligent workflows, or automated digital interactions.
