Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM applications, integrations, and customizations on the Salesforce platform.

Key Skills Required Strong experience in Salesforce Development and Customization Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience with Aura Components and Salesforce Lightning Platform Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience in Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Automation Knowledge of Flow Builder, Approval Processes, and Business Process Design Experience in REST APIs, SOAP APIs,



and Salesforce Integrations Experience with Integration Tools and Middleware Platforms Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules Experience in Data Migration using Data Loader and ETL Tools Strong understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Data Modeling Experience with Git, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Salesforce Deployment Tools Knowledge of Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools Experience in Unit Testing, Code Reviews, Performance Optimization, and Best Practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification Experience in End-to-End Implementations, Enhancements, and Support Projects Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft Integration Experience working in Agile/Scrum Delivery Models
