Job Description
TCS is looking for experienced Pega Developers with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise business process management and customer engagement solutions using the Pega Platform. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital transformation solutions.
Key Skills Required Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform Development Expertise in Case Management, Workflow Design, and Business Process Automation Experience in Pega Application Development and Framework Design Knowledge of Pega Decisioning and Business Rules Engine Experience in User Interface Development using Pega Sections, Harnesses, and Portals Strong understanding of Integration Services including REST, SOAP, and Connectors Experience in Pega Data Modeling, Data Pages,



and Data Transforms Knowledge of Case Lifecycle Management and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) Experience in Debugging, Performance Tuning, and Application Optimization Robust understanding of Pega Security, Access Groups, and Roles Experience with Pega Deployment Manager, DevOps, and CI/CD Practices Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Methodologies and Enterprise Delivery Models Experience in Production Support, Incident Management, and Change Requests Experience with Pega Customer Service, Customer Decision Hub, or Smart Dispute Framework is an added advantage Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) / Senior System Architect (CSSA) Experience in End-to-End Pega Implementations, Upgrades, and Support Projects Knowledge of Pega Infinity Platform and Cloud Deployments Experience working in Large-Scale Digital Transformation Programs
