Role & responsibilities
Monitor and manage mainframe batch jobs using CA ESP Scheduling. Support file transfers through Sterling File Gateway and Connect:Direct. Ensure timely job execution, troubleshoot scheduling failures, resolve production issues, maintain system availability, coordinate with support teams, and document operational activities while meeting SLA and performance standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Mainframe Command Center or Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with CA ESP Scheduling.
- Knowledge of Sterling File Gateway and Connect:Direct.
- Good understanding of batch job monitoring and scheduling.
- Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willing to work in 247 rotational shifts.
