Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter who can effectively market consultants, generate placement opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and achieving placement targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, Green Card (GC), and US Citizen (USC) consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Share daily consultant hotlists and actively promote available consultants.
- Source suitable contract opportunities and submit consultants to active requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the submission-to-placement lifecycle.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.




- Negotiate billing rates and ensure successful consultant placements.
- Work extensively on Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other US staffing portals.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Meet monthly placement, submission, and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 - 4 years of Bench Sales / US IT Staffing experience.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization categories (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, GC, USC).
- Excellent knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with multiple vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Ability to work independently during US business hours.
