Job Description: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Position: HR Executive / HR Recruiter Non-IT Recruitment / Blue Collar Hiring.

Location: Hyderabad ( KPHB/Hitech City surrounding )

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions including Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Staff, Installation Engineers, Warehouse Associates, and Support Staff, Sales professionals (Sell Out Manager, Sales Officers, and Sales Associates) and customer support executives.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, referrals, and local recruitment drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
- Ensure documentation, background verification, and onboarding compliance.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with consultants and recruitment vendors to meet hiring targets.
- Support bulk hiring and pan-India recruitment as per business requirements.

Required Skills:

- 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring Technicians, Helpers, Operators, Field Service Engineers, Sales Professionals, and other operational roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals (Naukri, WorkIndia, apna , etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience in the Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Digital Locks, Electrical, HVAC, or Service Industry.
- Knowledge of onboarding, HR documentation, and recruitment MIS reporting.
