Guest Relationship Executive

Job Description:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm professional manner
- Welcome guests and provide them with information about the spas services, treatments, and Menu and sell Memberships
- Explain the menu and suggest as per the guest requirement
- Schedule and confirm appointments for spa treatments, massages, facials, and other wellness services.
- Schedule booking of appointment software to keep the spa’s calendar organized and ensure optimal scheduling.
- Process payments for treatments, packages,



and retail products accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all billing and payment transactions are recorded correctly, handling cash, credit card, and online payments as required.
- Co-ordinate with spa therapists, managers, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery.
- Seek guest feedback after their treatments and ensure all feedback is passed on to the appropriate team members for improvement.
- Follow up with guests post-visit to encourage repeat business, ensuring they had an enjoyable experience.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism, offering solutions and making sure the guest feels heard and valued.
- Ensure that the front office and reception area and Spa rooms remain clean, tidy, and welcoming for all guests.
