Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects/programs from offshore.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support.
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Act as the primary offshore point of contact for global stakeholders and clients.
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and ensure sprint commitments are met.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, forecasting, and utilization.
- Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
- Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.




- Manage project financials including budgeting, revenue forecasting, margins, and cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, compliance, and security policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization.
- Mentor delivery leads, project managers, and technical teams.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimation, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
