Role & responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

* Design scalable and efficient D365 CRM architectures

* Develop and customize plugins, workflows, and business logic

* Manage integrations between D365 CRM and external systems

* Collaborate with clients to gather and translate business requirements

* Provide technical leadership and mentor team members

* Ensure performance, stability, and optimization of CRM solutions

Preferred candidate profile

* 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

* Strong expertise in D365 CRM (Sales, Service modules)

* Hands-on experience in plugins, workflows, and customizations

* Good experience in integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

* Experience in handling client interactions and leading teams

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills

* Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred

* Experience working in enterprise-level projects is a plus
