Job Title: SAP Test Manager SAP FICO

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with solid expertise in SAP FICO to lead testing activities for SAP implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing SAP testing across at least one end-to-end SAP FICO implementation project and one SAP FICO testing/support project.

The candidate will be responsible for defining the test strategy, managing test planning and execution, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality SAP FICO solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP testing activities for SAP FICO projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test schedules.
- Manage Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Coordinate testing activities with SAP Functional Consultants, Technical Teams, Business Users, and Project Managers.
- Review and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
- Manage defect lifecycle, including defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution.




- Ensure complete test coverage for SAP FI and CO business processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and executive test status reports.
- Support Go-Live, Cutover, and Hypercare activities.
- Identify testing risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and guide testing team members.

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC environments.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA experience
