This is a full time on-site Store Manager - (Lingerie) role located in Hyderabad & Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service, overseeing store management, retail loss prevention, and communicating effectively with customers and employees.

Job Description:

- Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management or similar roles
- Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service experience
- Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability
- Experience in the apparel industry is preferable

Other requirements:

- General Shift (9 hours)
- Weekend availability required
- Week off between Monday to Thursday (no WO on Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
